Claire has run Hunters Lodge since 1993. Has a comprehensive list of qualifications included NVQ Level 4 in Care Management & Registered Managers Award.
Claire is responsible for:
• Personnel and payroll, including staff recruitment, training & supervision.
• All Administration.
o Ensuring compliance with government standards,
o Reviewing and updating the home's policies and procedures,
o Overseeing the residents' care plans
o Health & Safety
o Repairs & Maintenance
• The smooth running of day to day affaires of the home.
